It is with happiness and sadness that our bathroom renovation comes to a close. We couldn’t ask for our project to have been handled by anyone as patient as your team, providing quality work, being available to help make decisions and choices throughout our project, always checking on the different stages to see that everyone did their job, and always left the job daily and the weekend very clean are just a few of the reasons we call you each time for our projects. Your team gave us the feeling that they were going the extra mile for us. That meant so much to us. It was such a comfort to know that something wasn’t right, you would make it right. God has blessed us each time we have called you, by making our experience using Wallace Construction a good one, a finished job that we are proud to show others, and we enjoy using every day.

About three years ago, my husband and I moved to the Kinston area, and decided to build our own home. Dillard Wallace Construction was highly recommended by several people in the area, so we contacted him with our house plan. Our request was a little unusual though, because we wanted to act as our own general contractor, and we wanted to do most of the work ourselves. We were pleasantly surprised when Dillard agreed to our plan. Dillard and his crew quickly put both our house and garage under roof and dried it in, and then we took over. Being new to the area, we had no knowledge of who to call for materials and the jobs we needed to sub out; but a quick phone call to Dillard, or an email to Melinda, resulted in the recommended person and their phone number. Without exception, every person they recommended was top of the line. What was even more interesting was the reaction I got when I said that Dillard had recommended them. He’s clearly well-respected among his peers as well as his customers. The quality of the work of Dillard, his crew, and the subs he recommended has been exceptional. We’ve been living in our new home for over two years now, and we couldn’t be happier.

We have been doing business with Dillard Wallace Construction Co. since 2005. They have performed remodeling and new construction on our home, and we now have a “new old home”. Mr. Wallace and his team of office and construction personnel have provided an excellent working relationship and customer service. We highly recommend DWC!
